I do hope when the overweight sprites for the Rogue and Ghost come for public that characters note your crystal horns. It is not something that you can easily overlook when they are purple. I might play through the game again to see if there are any more context errors like with the Raven and the Pier.
I do feel like certain interactions with characters should have different effects like with what happens with the shark of you are big enough. I like it when doing something has consequences so you can't simply rely on one trick to level up in this game. Though that could be it's own separate curse, the curse of difficulty perhaps? Making the game much harder and perhaps changing some things to be all around just more difficult. Just a personal preference of course since I like challenging games.
Is there a certain trick you rely on to get bigger? I was thinking of doing things to make it more difficult, but I also wouldn't want to fully remove tricks that get you big quickly. I'd probably have settings in the purple room that affect difficulty
It's mostly due to how many mushrooms that the T-Rex gives when you do his scene. That gives me access to more of the Alchemist's potions much faster than I should. If anything the alchemist should take some time trying to do the recipes and having you test them rather than them being perfect automatically.
I get so big to the point where I have to go to the Serpent Warlock to get enough food to not go broke. XD
Honestly I need to learn that infinite food spell after possibly doing a side quest to help the Warlock and the Wizard with something. I mean the Kobold mentions he made one after you become a dragon and order him to make a meal. The Warlock Serpent also seems to have a near infinite supply of pastries...
I wonder if the Avian party member will have customizable clothing and such. If that is the case then this character is going to require loads of art assets. Granted it could be made to fit over the sprite rather than be the same sprite but that could still be interesting to have.
It's alright, I'm happy with the game nonetheless! I expected it to be a lot of work. It was enough to give alt costumes as it was. It'll probably be limited to pallet swaps at best if it was the case.
You know, it would be interesting if later on you can have hang outs with some of the characters. For example, hanging out a day with the alchemist and sleeping over with some platonic nerd out! This mostly stemmed from the realization we don't really know where the T-Rex Knight goes after some time.
I am gonna wait a full month, until the next update! Happy Halloween Ruger!
I hope that next update has some really cool bits and pieces added aside from the revamp of the evil spirit. Speaking of which, can we get name reveals for the characters later on?
Seeing as though you haven't decided on anything we may start giving them names.
If you continue into the server room you'll find a device that you end up breaking. If you continue playing the game normally after that then you'll eventually get to the part with the user retrieval device
Just wanted to say I really really love this game, it's funny, charming, (hot), etc and I've been keeping up with the updates and stuff and this is definitely one of my favorite furry games. However, I wanted to leave a comment and just say that the cursed cartridge stuff genuinely gave me chills and creeped me tf out lol, I genuinely kinda expected it to be a one-off thing and just a weird creepy thing for Halloween so it genuinely caught me off guard. Just wanted to give the Halloween update a lot of praise, thank you for continually updating it!
Hey! Thanks a lot! And yeah, the cartridge stuff was kind of a silly thing to include in a game like this, so I'm glad that the effort was worth it and you ended up enjoying it
Honestly, the cartridge was great. One of my favorite parts of the game for how different it was. It adds a layer of mystery to this magical world. It adds another layer to possible ideas to add to the game.
In fact I would actually find it cool to have sections of the game that have that sense of depth and subtle storytelling. That is what made the cartridge so good, it is the way it presents itself. Sure you know it is going to be cursed, but the way it goes about it being such a jarring change from the magic we're used to.
Honestly, I hope that the way you unlock the guardian/ally character in the future is crafted in a similar subtle storytelling like this.
I can just imagine, in a courtyard of the curse Kastle, the protagonist finds the statue of an Avian Paladin. Of course it is said to be the statue of a warrior who was known to use star striker, the sword that you gain from fishing with the name mentioned by the T-Rex Knight. Of course, the sword reacts to the statue and you have to learn more about the sword to free the Paladin from his prison. After that he pretty much becomes indebt to you. The idea actually could work but it would depend on when you have time to set up a party system. Granted, I guess the Spirit is one step closer to a party member.
You need to get the GiantWerewolf's business card. The way to get it is different depending on your species. You'll need him to confide in you about how he feels about humans and to do that you'll likely need to get him his moon artifact from the temple, remind him that you were the one to give it to him, and then talk about his tie
I wonder if you'll end up expanding the game beyond the city and the forest. Cause an occasional change of scenery like the cartridge world is nice. Perhaps even a section of the game that's a dungeon crawler that you and several other characters have to get through in order to escape a cursed world. I really like the idea that you talked about before with the party member character. I want to see what that is like eventually. It could lay the foundation for things later on. Alongside that, there are many scenarios of how you could get this character since he seems to be cursed as well. It would be interesting to have a character who you can help grow rather than it being limited to combat scenarios.
Hi! I just wanted to say that I absolutly love your game! And I'm stuck rn with the game: I went to the Employee Locker Room and grabbed the User Retriaval Device and place it in the Teleportation Chamber, got that message about noise in my chest, then, went to User Storage Office. I don't know what to do from there, but I guess it has to do with the four letters of the glitch fight, I just don't know what to do. Please help.
I feel like the first cross character interaction we get should be between the pirates and the admiral. Having a section involving them would be interesting. Especially since the Admiral and the pirates are among my favorite characters. I do feel like the Raven getting caught and facing jail time should be part of a quest to try to get him out of jail. While Mitch hasn't done much of anything, the gator isn't seemingly happy to be seen as a fighter. He genuinely likes sailing the sea and being a part of the pirate life minus the bad stuff. The Captain doesn't deny or confirm that the wanted poster is warranted. He genuinely might be a good person who might have been on the wrong side of an incident that turned out badly for him. That wanted poster really makes me intrigued about him.
I do have things planned for the Admiral and the Raven. It's hard to find time for this though because if I add more character stuff in an update I'd also have to add some more immediately growth-fetish related stuff in the same update since that's what people are here for. I also have something special planned for the gator, but it requires me to finish up stuff I have planned with the bat and shark.
I do enjoy the growth but it can get out of control to the point where it just becomes silly, even for this game. Imagine your biceps being a mile wide but you're only 300 feet tall. That's not even taking into account why you can go into other buildings but can't stay in your own apartment. I feel like there should be an overall silliness limit for the game before the proportions get out of wack. Perhaps a system like Dawn of corruption's size limit break? Then again some people are here for the macro. I like the game itself as a whole. I do like the sizes though the highlights for this game have to be the characters themselves. They are what keeps me playing the game.
What species might you have for a character after the Komodo jock? I would think either an avian or an insectoid. Since we've got a lot of lizards, not to lampshade too much I like my lizard hunks too, but variety is the spice of life.
No. Only lizards from now on. In fact, I'm going to replace the bat and the wolf with more lizards.
...Not really.
At some point I wanted to have the ability to have an ally in battle. I wanted a character that was like a hero who swore to protect you and over time would become stronger so he'd be better able to do that - I was thinking of making that character some kind of bird. Other than that, I haven't really thought much about specific species for future enemies but I do want to have more non-reptile ones.
Nice, I can't wait to see how that character comes to life. Perhaps he can be found in the castle as a stone statue that requires you to get the sword you find in the ocean. After all, his sword is the key to freeing him. It needs to be unequipped in order to use it to free him. After that he'll be indebt to you and do whatever you want him to do. It would be cool to see a character like that. This is mostly just ideas.
If you explore you should be able to find a temple. If you talk to the priest, you can do a thing where you'll be rewarded with muscle if you go a certain amount of time without cumming
There's libido suppressant pills. Also after you've failed once, you'll be given the option to meditate at the temple and you can do that multiple times. Though, after you're big enough it might be impossible anyway.
If you spend time reading it in the closet something will happen. If you're still not sure what to do after that, make sure you've failed at least one pact at the temple
Maybe if I update the way pills work it can make it easier to control ball size, dick size and maybe even girth, but as far as other body parts go, I don't really have any plans for that. Was there something in particular you wanted to see?
The next thing coming out will be the sex scene for the smug kangaroo. What I do after that I'm not exactly sure but I have a few things I want to work on: fleshing out the Rival and the Robot in the Competition and Debt curses, sex scene with the Komodo Jock + him hooking up with the Kobold, and changes to the way fat/energy work (Instead of losing the battle once energy is 0, you instead take turns to catch your breath). There's also something I want to do with the Porn button on the Computer - You can find a page where the kobold posts pictures of himself and he would have donation goals where as you pay money he'll post pictures where he's bigger
Yes, I love those ideas. So beyond that you don't have much of a clue. I think after the Komodo jock and the Kobold update, the Rhino should most certainly have an update with the Bat and the Shark. Since these characters need a little fleshing out as they are starting to fall behind a little bit in terms of content. The Rhino especially, he's been here since... Almost day 1? Wow he needs some updates. Of course you could eventually have a patron poll for what group of characters after the Komodo jock and the Kobold have an update.
Right now I can see a few group character updates.
The Rhino the Bat and the shark. Since these three are some of the least fleshed out characters and perhaps the most interesting because of their implicated dynamics.
The Admiral, the dragon and the Raven. This is mostly because I like these three characters individually and I want to see more of them. Since the Admiral just seems like an optimist who could cheer up spirits on a rainy day.
Finally there also could be the Snake Chompo and the alchemist. Since a living plushie could be an interesting storyline to pursue. Especially since the Alchemist even mentions a weird dream he had once and could be interested in it possibly being a dream or not.
Oh, yeah all of those things should happen eventually and I do have plans for them. When I say I'm not sure, I just mean I'm not sure when I'll fit these things in.
And for the Alchemist's dream, that's not going to be real. That's just something to fit with the theme I'm going for with his character
I understand, I played the cartridge, went to the Employee Locker Room and grabbed the user Retriaval Device and place it in the Teleportation Chamber. Then, I went to User Locker Room and it asks me for a user. From there I couldn't do anything else.
Sorry if I don't express myself well, I'm from Uruguay xD
If you fight the rogue he can get it back, or after a certain amount of time the ghost will leave. It might also be possible to go to the temple to have the ghost removed - I forget if it's in this version or the next and I can't really check right now
I think automatically after a while the priests will just forcefully exorcise the ghost from you. I don't think you can remove him forcefully. I could be wrong, unless he gets enough salt thrown at him.
In the next version you'll be able to shrink him down. Right now, getting a purple shard will take some stats from him but it won't be enough to outpace the amount he takes from you
Alright :D I really love this update the evil ghost is so cool and hot! I love that when he possesses you he secretly steals your size and that it's hinted at every night after you sleep though I feel bad for the rogue after the ghost leaves him. Their fights are really good and enjoyable but challenging!
This is consistently one of my favourite expansion based games with every update. I love the characters , the events, and the size descriptions for every level!
But I wanted to comment because I just played through the cursed cartridge event and it was so goddamn cool! I was legit freaked out during a few points, and the dream sequence was unsettling in the best way! I absolutely loved it, and the whole halloween update was so much fun to play through and see all of the little changes!
Love what is here. I think the best part of this update is the ideas that I can see spawning from adding the ghost alone. It would be awesome to see the ghost capable of controlling other characters later on down the line. Which would add so much more interaction and hilarity.
So let's do a quick head count of our characters.
Mitch the Seagull
The Raven Pirate Captain
The Admiral Dino
Chompo the Plushie
The Gator Pirate
The Bull(?) Ghost
The Mysterious Rogue Lizard
The Warlock Serpent
The Kobold Mage
The Stylish Werewolf
The Dino Knight
The Alchemist Turtle
The Patriotic Rhino Medic
Alexander the Caste Lion
Blue Ben(?) The Blue Dragon
The Surfer Neet(?) Shark
The introverted guard Bat
The Inflated Kangaroo
Holy- 18 characters!!
18, bruh... that's a lot to keep track of. I think the March Public/February Supporter/January Secret updates should have more of a focus on the character development and their stories before adding any new characters. If we add the Boyfriend that is to be added in the curse of the boyfriend that's 19, not including the rival, who doesn't even have official art yet, which bumps it up to 20.
Almost forgot about the Komodo Jock which bumps it to 21.
Not to lampshade here... but uh... yeah you're going to need that November off to plan ahead.
This isn't even including any possible characters. Which even then sounds daunting to add. Most of this is purely conjecture.
Curse Kastle Boss: Only mentioned as Him by the bat.
The Miner: Someone has to be collecting those crystals in the background and possibly humming "Hi Ho". It may also enlighten us on the nature of the ghost.
Doorstore Employee(?): While we can always have faceless characters, it would be interesting to have an employee of Doorstore. Just an idea of the character.
The Collection Facility Worker: Basically the guy who you talk to for the semen extraction.
The Hospital Receptionist: Consider how the Rhino is... there must be someone to set him straight.
Those are all the characters I can think of which bumps our total number of minimum characters to about... Twenty... 24.
I am torn between being excited to the stories of the characters to the agony of having to draw for those characters. On one hand that means we can have loads of content on the other hand hopefully you don't experience burnout.
True, yeah. I feel like we could get mini short descriptions about the characters so we know a little bit more about them. But we shall see where their paths lie once we get a general story about them. I feel like some of the characters should have a bit more fleshing out before adding new ones, at least after the Komodo Jock. That way, characters can have time to have side stories for them written out which allows you to gain access to other features or interactions and maybe parts of the world beyond.
Yeah, sorry, fixing that is actually really difficult and I think it will require a pretty substantial change to the battle screen. At some point I was planning on changing the battle screen to allow you to have allies fight with you so it probably won't be fixed until then.
Lmao I see a goof straight out of the gate! If you're on Android then the decorations for Halloween are set to the boundary of the border containing the picture and not the picture itself.
I would honestly like to see some quests where we can help the characters with insecurities or issues like the Serpent and the T-Rex. I could see it being possible for the serpent to get shaken down for money by an actually malicious company and you are able to help him. Since the Curse Kastle Boss seems legitimately chill and the most malicious character in my opinion is the kangaroo, who even then is more pompous and has an overinflated ego but doesn't really do anything malicious. The most malicious company ironically seems to be the hospital providing those... violence inducing drugs. Then there's also possible kinks which you could possibly develop a deeper relationship with the characters in order to get to.
My enthusiasm might be a bit too detailed but honestly I like this game because it not only can be horny but knows when to pull it back and hit you with the feels.
Oh, one last question.
What is your favorite part of working on each character story and why? I would like to know a little bit more about the characters themselves, both in a day to day experience as well as in the bedroom.
My favourite part of making characters is kind of hard to say. I guess I just like trying to come up with ways that different characters could be made cute and likable. I'd love to have it so people could know more about the characters, it's just too bad that it takes time to figure out how to present finding out more about them in a way that's entertaining. But oh well, I'll get there one day.
The Raven honestly seems like the type of guy to be a switch. I don't know why. He seems really chill at times but can be very serious. I actually can see an interaction after the Gator interaction going something like this.
You know how he's a wanted man right? Well perhaps he goes missing at some point after you gain enough abilities from him and after the Gator scene. You don't think too much about it... at least until you are woken up by Mitch, the admiral, and the Gator who come to your house for help. You quickly find out that the Raven was captured and put in a prison. Of course there are a few ways to go about this. One is breaking him out, which could get you in trouble if you aren't careful. The second is to visit him in prison and see if you can vouch for him in court. The most effective is to get the admiral the funds to basically put the Raven under his jurisdiction and house arrest with the Admiral which none of the crew except for the Raven mind. Of course he is quite adamant that he feels he deserves to be imprisoned as he was involved in an incident that you need to press him for more information on.
Of course his story might be entirely different but that is just a single possibility.
I am trying to think about who I want to know more about next. The Raven definitely seems interesting. Cause he seems pretty chill but the ship is his baby. Anything that happens to the ship and you will be on the receiving end of an enraged bird.
I am going to be very excited to play the new update when it drops. Even if I have to start from the beginning which is what I always do in this game. Cause I always love experiencing it from the beginning since it isn't too grindy and is actually really easy to get powerful in this order. Pier, Mushroom, Doorstore, Fish for 2k gold, get the alchemist mushrooms, buff up, impress the t Rex knight and profit off of the higher mushroom cound he gives.
Played for a few hours already, gotta say that it has a lot of potential and i love every bit of the game. the art style reminded me of school projects, with slapdashed cutouts of pictures with very different artstyles that make it quite weird together, but as i played, i found it more and more charming, and despite the looks, you can feel it is made with care and love. i think that the mechanics should be a bit more explained (perhaps a little pamphlet detailing what each stat does? idk), ended up wandering around for a good chunk of my time before i figured things out, but its not that big of a problem and i think could be easily solved. Loved it and hope to see more updates!
I just recently started playing this game again and I love the new content, although I hate to obfuscate things but will the elder events be still recorded (those events and tasks so to say) — that happened in previous updates almost like the way a timetree works in mathematics, constsntly and consistantly with each node?
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. If you're asking if it would work when transferring saves between different versions, then yeah, that's the goal at least.
Yeah that’s what I meant. I myself am a writer, though not for this type of content. I often use different [vocal] words such as the ones in this sentence to practice [writing] , that’s why it may (or may not have) been difficult to understand.

I still can’t quite figure out what to do after getting the Ghost Atlas, even after failing a pact and having the cursed message sent to my inbox.
You go meditate with the word from the cursed message.
Wait how do yo get the Ghost atlas?
Fail a pact then go to the Temple until you get a book from Sebastian.
You actually have to go to the temple at night in order to get the book
Really? I never noticed... Most of the time I guess it was in the evening. Still however, that detail went over my head.
Excuse me, how to get a cursed message?
did it already update or is it gonna update soon
Nope, sorry, the next update will be in December

Eh, that's probably not happening. It's already enough work to give some of the enemies Halloween versions

What is with the stuffed toy?
It sits on your bed 🙂
Just like the Freddles.

Probably not 🤭 I'm thinking I'm probably not ever going to give names to the characters that don't already have them.
How exactly do you find the password for the Employee Locker room? I can't figure it out.
You can't actually find a password. Just don't worry about it for now - you'll find a way to open it later
I don't really understand what I'm supposed to do, then. People are saying you can get a User Retrieval Device, but I can't find that anywhere.
If you continue into the server room you'll find a device that you end up breaking. If you continue playing the game normally after that then you'll eventually get to the part with the user retrieval device
Oh! The game said my character "didn't feel like playing it" afterwards, so I assumed I was just locked out of it.
server room?
It's part of a Halloween event that's only available in October
Oh God I was able to get my stats up to the e numbers. XD.

Hi I rlly love this game but i have a question
i got a magic wand from the cobra mage but idk how to use it in battle
edit: nvm i just found out how to do it
You can find a magic shop in the junkyard where you can buy spells
I wonder if you'll end up expanding the game beyond the city and the forest. Cause an occasional change of scenery like the cartridge world is nice. Hey! Thanks! And you just need to open your inventory in battle. You should be able to use the user device and return it to the teleportation chamber
Thanks! It worked :D
Oh and btw I just got a bug where if you win against your rival but he's bigger than you, you still shrink and lose fitness points

If you spend time reading it in the closet something will happen. If you're still not sure what to do after that, make sure you've failed at least one pact at the temple
gotta ask, at some point do you plan to add ways to grow or shrink specific parts of your body?
Maybe if I update the way pills work it can make it easier to control ball size, dick size and maybe even girth, but as far as other body parts go, I don't really have any plans for that. Was there something in particular you wanted to see?
A bit yea, cause eventually dick pills run out of stock and don’t come back, also I just wanna make the players butt big in game XD
What is the current roadmap for after the Komodo Jock?
I loved that dream to be fair. But what I meant by that is he would be interested in learning if your dream about Chompo was real.
How to unlock the Possessed Rogue?
After you've dealt with the enemies outside of the castle, there will be a new area
Hello can I ask how to do the Alligator pirate event thing?
because I went to the pier immediately after having a nice convo with him but nothing happened.
If you get the three answers right in his battle then there should be an event at the pier
How do you get three correct though? I only got two options in the prized possession option:
the ancestral weapon and the stolen watch nothing else
If you buy the stuffed animal at the store you get a third one
Oh thats how, Thank you!
Hello! I got stuck when I get getUser(), I don't know what I need to do after that, please help!
On the other hand, it's a very good game and I love every update there is!
You can use it in battle by going to the inventory. You'll have to play the cartridge again after that
I understand, I played the cartridge, went to the Employee Locker Room and grabbed the user Retriaval Device and place it in the Teleportation Chamber. Then, I went to User Locker Room and it asks me for a user. From there I couldn't do anything else.
Sorry if I don't express myself well, I'm from Uruguay xD
Is there a password for locker room in the cursed cartridge game?
Edit: I realized that he was not needed
Is there a way to give the rogue back the ghost?
If you fight the rogue he can get it back, or after a certain amount of time the ghost will leave. It might also be possible to go to the temple to have the ghost removed - I forget if it's in this version or the next and I can't really check right now
Alright thank you!
I think automatically after a while the priests will just forcefully exorcise the ghost from you. I don't think you can remove him forcefully. I could be wrong, unless he gets enough salt thrown at him.
Also sorry to be annoying but is there a way to shrink the ghost down >.< He seems to have a set weight where he can't get any smaller no matter what
In the next version you'll be able to shrink him down.
Thank you!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked the cartridge event, it was fun to make
Love what is here.
There's going to be 1000 characters by the time I'm done 🤭
Rouge's largest portrait does not align properly with the box therefore you can see where the art for his legs ends.
This is on android by the way.
Yeah, sorry, fixing that is actually really difficult and I think it will require a pretty substantial change to the battle screen. At some point I was planning on changing the battle screen to allow you to have allies fight with you so it probably won't be fixed until then.
Allies sounds nice. I expected as much, I have seen similar glitches with games that allow for dynamic screen resolution.
Oh reflect was nerfed. Interesting...
Oh wait that's how flame fist works for the spirit. Never mind.
Lmao I see a goof straight out of the gate! If you're on Android then the decorations for Halloween are set to the boundary of the border containing the picture and not the picture itself.
Minor oversight but still one that made me chuckle.
So how many more hours until it gets an update?
Haha, Okay it's out now!
Super excited to see what's in this update! Alright on with the hunt!
Yes I am waiting for this at 6:00 AM.
So soon yet so far... well let us see what time it launches and how long it takes.
Is it gonna be today?
It'll be on Friday
So when is the next update coming out? The sixth?
Yup
I can give some ideas of course.
Maybe it would help to have an in-game book to help you keep track of what you’ve done for those playing in the longrun.
Yeah, I have something like that written down to work on. I should have that at some point
